Breathe for Sleep:
- Inhale, then exhale for a longer duration (about 5 seconds).
- Repeat this cycle 5 times.
- After the fifth exhale, take a breath and hold it gently, for about 10-20 seconds, or as long as feels comfortable.
- The hold should be gentle, without inducing a stress response.
- Continue repeating this cycle.
